About the Event
Learn how to use watercolours, or expand your existing skills, on this all-day workshop at a new venue for Little Robin Art.
Suitable for artists all of all abilities, we'll be working on colour mixing to achieve the Kingfishers vibrant orange and blue tones. We'll also work on capturing the birds detailed feathers to ensure the finished piece is as realistic as possible.
The day will be hosted at the Cut Visitor Centre in Shrewsbury, ran by the Shropshire Wildlife Trust. We'll be in the Garden Room, with floor to ceiling windows filling the room with natural light on a hopefully lovely summers day.
· All the art materials you will need included
· Learn in a small group
· Pre-booking required
· Tea/coffee will be provided, but lunch is not provided - you're welcome to bring your own.
£58 per person. 10am - 4pm.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment is needed to secure a place on the workshop.
The payment is non-refundable, unless the workshop doesn't go ahead for any reason. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, your booking fee will happily be refunded or transferred to another workshop of the same price.
However if you are unable to attend the workshop, you may of course send someone in your place. Just let me know that person’s name before the workshop so I can welcome them to the class.
Depending on the venue, there are a different number of places available for each workshop. Typically there’s a minimum number of people needed for each class to run too. In the event of there not being enough people booked onto the workshop it will unfortunately have to be cancelled, but I’ll give at least 72 hours notice and you’ll have the choice of booking onto another date or to receive a full refund.
Refreshments, including tea/coffee, will be provided at all workshops. For all day workshops you’ll also be provided with a light lunch, unless stated within the description. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please get in touch, although I cannot unfortunately guarantee that any food provided will be allergen free as it is often provided by a 3rd party or the venue.
Unless stated, it’s likely that all the materials will be provided for you. The description will let you know if there’s anything you need to bring.
Please make sure you allow plenty of time to travel in case of any delays. You’re welcome to arrive 15-20 minutes early for a workshop to settle in for the day.
Workshops are aimed at adults only, unless the description states otherwise.
Some of the venues are only accessible via stairs and unfortunately are not wheelchair friendly. If you need more information, please get in touch.
