Art Class Subscriptions

Terms and Conditions

Little Robin Art class membership is provided on a rolling monthly subscription, with payments managed by the payment provider GoCardless. The subscription fee is £26 per month and payment is required in advance. The subscription continues monthly until cancelled.

Classes normally take place every two weeks. As the timetable runs fortnightly, the number of classes falling within a calendar month can vary. Some months may include three classes, and where this happens the additional class is included at no extra cost.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation can be requested by emailing Chloe@Little-Robin.co.uk. Members may also cancel their Direct Debit through their bank or GoCardless. Cancellation will stop future subscription payments and membership will continue until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds cannot be provided for unused parts of a paid subscription period or where a member is unable to attend a scheduled class.

If a scheduled class is cancelled by Little Robin Art and no replacement class is provided, members will receive a refund of £13 for that class. The refund will be made using the payment method associated with the subscription. As much advance notice as possible will be provided.

One class is not scheduled during December each year to allow for a short festive break. This planned break forms part of the annual class timetable and the normal monthly subscription fee continues to apply during December.

Membership cannot normally be paused. If a member is planning an extended absence, typically four or more consecutive classes, and wishes to stop subscription payments during that time, their membership may need to be cancelled so that the class place can be offered to somebody on the waiting list. When the member is ready to return, they will be given priority on the waiting list for the next available space, although a space cannot be guaranteed immediately.

Members will receive at least 30 days' notice of any material changes to the subscription, including changes to the price, regular class time or venue, or these terms and conditions. Members may cancel their subscription before any such change takes effect if they do not wish to continue.
