About the Event
This all-day workshop is suitable for both total beginners and those with some watercolour experience. You’ll learn how to use watercolours to create a shiny wet look fur texture and the techniques for capturing detailed, realistic eyes.
The day will be held in the cosy surroundings of the Guildhall Gallery in Stafford, with a locally produced light lunch and refreshments on hand to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing day.
- All the art materials you will need included
- Learn in a small group
- Pre-booking required
- A light lunch, drinks and a cake provided.
£65 per person, 10-4pm.
This workshop will work slightly differently as the payment will be taken by the Guildhall Gallery. The details you provide will be passed onto the lovely Gilly and Anna at the gallery who'll contact you to make the payment to secure your booking.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment is needed to secure a place on the workshop.
The payment is non-refundable, unless the workshop doesn't go ahead for any reason. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, your booking fee will happily be refunded or transferred to another workshop of the same price.
However if you are unable to attend the workshop, you may of course send someone in your place. Just let me know that person’s name before the workshop so I can welcome them to the class.
Depending on the venue, there are a different number of places available for each workshop. Typically there’s a minimum number of people needed for each class to run too. In the event of there not being enough people booked onto the workshop it will unfortunately have to be cancelled, but I’ll give at least 72 hours notice and you’ll have the choice of booking onto another date or to receive a full refund.
Refreshments, including tea/coffee, will be provided at all workshops. For all day workshops you’ll also be provided with a light lunch, unless stated within the description. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please get in touch, although I cannot unfortunately guarantee that any food provided will be allergen free as it is often provided by a 3rd party or the venue.
Unless stated, it’s likely that all the materials will be provided for you. The description will let you know if there’s anything you need to bring.
Please make sure you allow plenty of time to travel in case of any delays. You’re welcome to arrive 15-20 minutes early for a workshop to settle in for the day.
Workshops are aimed at adults only, unless the description states otherwise.
Some of the venues are only accessible via stairs and unfortunately are not wheelchair friendly. If you need more information, please get in touch.
