Bluebell Woods Watercolour Online Workshop
Workshop split into 2 parts - Tuesday 29th March & Tuesday 5th April, 6.30-8.30pm.
Time & Location
29 Mar 2022, 18:30 – 20:30
Online event via Zoom
About the Event
Spend a relaxing few hours from the comfort of your own home learning how to capture Spring Bluebells using watercolours.
The workshop will be split over 2 sessions, both on a Tuesday evening which are included in the fee:
Tuesday March 29th: 6.30-8.30pm
Tuesday April 5th: 6.30-8.30pm
The classes will follow on from each other, so whilst you don't need to attend both, if a session is missed you will need to have caught up by the following class in your own time.
The workshop will be held via Zoom. I'll talk everyone through how to draw this lovely creature step-by-step and give help and advice along the way.
You'll need to draw out the outline in advance of the workshop. Details on how to do this will be provided.
You will need the full set of materials below to participate in the workshop:
- Watercolour set: Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow and Lemon Yellow.
- Watercolour palette.
- Brushes: Large round brush (in the region of size 8-12), a medium round brush (size 4-6) and a small detail brush (size 1 or 2).
- Watercolour paper: Cold pressed. We'll be painting the image A4 size.
- HB Pencil
- Eraser
- Ruler

£20 per person for the full 4 hours split over 2 sessions.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment is needed to secure a place on the workshop.
The payment is non-refundable, unless the workshop doesn't go ahead for any reason. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, your booking fee will happily be refunded or transferred to another workshop of the same price.
The workshop will be held online via the Zoom platform. You can find more information about Zoom at www.zoom.us. Please make sure you are familiar with Zoom before the workshop.
If technology (laptop/device/internet connection) fails for the host so that either a) the workshop cannot commence or b) it is severely disrupted (i.e. the host is disconnected multiple times) the workshop will be postponed and your ticket/place will be valid for the re-booked date. Unfortunately, if technology fails for the participant and you're unable to attend the workshop because of this, a refund cannot be provided. As a goodwill gesture, you will be entitled to 50% off your next online workshop booking.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may of course send someone in your place. Just let me know that person’s name before the workshop so I can welcome them to the class.
Depending on the class, there are a different number of places available for each workshop. Typically there’s a minimum number of people needed for each class to run too. In the event of there not being enough people booked onto the workshop it will unfortunately have to be cancelled, but I’ll give at least 72 hours notice and you’ll have the choice of booking onto another date or to receive a full refund.
The meeting link and ID is to remain confidential and not to be shared with anyone that it was not designated to. Each online class will have a unique ID and password which participants can only access via their confirmation email.
The price listed is per person. Multiple people cannot use a single ticket.
Strictly no recording, photography or screenshots of the online class are allowed by participants. Anyone seen to be breaking this rule will be removed. Some Zoom facilities may be disabled by the host during the class.
The image provided for use during the online art class will be subject to copyright, owned either by Little Robin Art or another photographer and used for the class only with full permission. Attendees are not permitted to use this photograph or the final artwork for any other purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without prior written approval. Please contact Little Robin Art if you have any queries.
The image shown to advertise the class may not be the one used.
The same behaviour expectations that are set within a classroom apply to the online class, which also includes background environments and others in the room with you. The host may remove anyone from the class if they are deemed to be sufficiently disturbing others.
